HOW DO I REGISTER MY PREPAID CARD?
Instructions come after your purchase a prepaid debit card, along with the card info. If you don't have the email, please click on CONTACT in the menu.
HOW DO I PAY?
All payments are processed through PayPal. You do NOT need to be a PayPal member to make a purchase, though you can. If you prefer, you can pay using a credit card that has been approved by PayPal in your country (most often this is Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). All transactions are covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE CARD?
Once payment is completed, the transaction will be filtered for fraud protection. If cleared, the code from the card will be sent within seconds via email. If the transaction requires further review, the code will be sent as soon as possible. In all instances, the card is not physically sent, only the code is sent via email.
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CODE OR EMAIL RIGHT AFTER PAYMENT?
If the transaction is under fraud review, you will receive an email that will have a blank area where the code would be. If you did not receive an email at all, be sure to check your Spam folder. Sometimes people make typos when filling out the email to send the code to, so make sure that email is correct as well. Other times, your email server might be blocking the email. If you find you have not received your email in a timely manner, please contact me right away and I will re-send the email to you as soon as possible.
MY CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHAT IS WRONG?
If you are getting an error message when you attempt to redeem the code, please respond to the original email to let me know. Indicate which code is giving you the error, and the error you are getting. Sometimes, when they are typed out as I do, there is a small typo that just needs to be fixed. Rest assured everything will be fine.
HOW ARE YOU OBTAINING THESE CARDS?
I purchase all gift cards myself, and I am the only one who ever deals with them. I live right here in the United States and have been selling since 2006. All cards are legitimate and in no way fraudulent, like many of the sellers online and on eBay who live outside the U.S.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Sorry, but all sales are final. Codes cannot be re-issued, so if you are having problems like a credit not showing, and I show you have redeemed the code, you will need to contact the gift card company for further support.
