What forms of payment can I use?

You can pay with Apple Pay, PayPal, or use a credit card. I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club International.

To use a credit card, when checking out, skip the Apple Pay and PayPal options and instead fill out your email and address information, then proceed to complete the order, as shown below.

What do I do if I receive an error during redemption or I don't see the credit?

If you do not see your credit after redemption, sign out of iTunes, completely close the application, restart it, and sign back into iTunes. This will often reset your balance once you restart. If you are getting an error message when you attempt to redeem the code, please either respond to the email you received with your purchase link, or contact us here to let us know. If you purchased multiple cards, please indicate which one is giving you the error, and the error you are seeing. While we make the best effort to make this process quick and easy, sometimes human error creeps in and we make a mistake. Rest assured everything will be fine.


Do you offer returns or refunds?

No. All sales are final. Codes cannot be re-issued, so if you are having problems such as a credit not showing or account issues, you will need to contact the gift card company for further support.
